Ceramill Full Denture System: Digital – exact fit – highly esthetic – profitable

Since more than 5 years Amann Girrbach successfully developed and marketed innovations for digital full dentures.

With the addition of 3D printing technology, the “Ceramill Full Denture System” offers the industry’s widest range of options for digital denture fabrication – from highly esthetic and individually milled as well as 3D-printed denture bases in combination with prefabricated teeth from leading tooth manufacturers, which can be adapted 100% digitally to any situation both basally and occlusally right through to individually milled or printed tooth segments, the new Ceramill FDS process leaves nothing to be desired. Here, the users benefit from integrated, easy-to-implement workflows, validated materials and coordinated processing procedures.

In order to ensure a perfect fit on the palate with 3D printed bases and to achieve a result that can compete with milled bases, the solution was developed over a longer period of time. With the upcoming updates, starting with the Ceramill Mind Update 3.16, which will be rolled out in July 2020, more and more new unique functions will be implemented.

Update contents:

• Fabrication of the denture base with 3D printers
• New 3D printing material “Denture 3D+“ validated and integrated
• The denture teeth from VITA, MERZ Dental and Kulzer can therefore be bonded directly to the printed base.
• The VITA Vionic VIGO library has been stored and can be bonded as usual using the Vita Vionic Bond bonding process.

Our objective is to offer Ceramill users the widest range of options as well as different cost segments for the fabrication of removable dentures – all within the proven wizard-guided workflow.
