Andent offers a range of dental removable appliances. All products are fabricated using state-of-the-art technology, and the custom-made fit to patient's dentition results in superior patient comfort and better compliance. All removable appliances have a turnaround time of 4 in-lab days (Nylon Splint 12 in-lab days).

Dentists can choose from the following options:

Premium Splint (Digitally Made)
Fabricated using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology, Premium splints are a durable option to achieve slimline design and predictable occlusion opening for superior patient comfort and compliance. Most suitable for medium to heavy bruxers.

• Smooth gliding surface for optimum comfort
• Clips into undercuts – no need for metal clasps
• Most suitable for medium to heavy bruxers

Night Splint (Soft)

Key Characteristics:
• Soft inner/outer shell for patient comfort
• 4mm thickness of material
• Light bruxers only
• Full maxillary coverage
• Thermoformed to your stone model or resin printed from a digital scan
• Australian Made
• In-lab turnaround time: 4 days

Occlusal Splint (Hard/Soft)
Occlusal Splints (hard/soft combination) are recommended for light to medium bruxers.

Key Characteristics:
• Soft fitting surface for comfort
• Customised to suit any patient’s dentition
• Available in 3mm and 4mm thickness
• Hard outer shell for light to medium level bruxers
• Thermoformed to your stone model or resin-printed from a digital scan
• Australian Made
• In-lab turnaround time: 4 days

Anterior Jig (Clenching Inhibitor)

Key Characteristics:
• Anterior fitting appliance only
• Prevents posterior teeth from clenching
• Minimal dimension of appliance
• Suitable for light bruxers
• Thermoformed to your stone model or resin printed from a digital scan
• Thermoplastic internal lining for both comfort and an accuracy of fit.
• Australian Made
• In-lab turnaround time: 4 days

Nylon Splint
High-precision Nylon splints offer exceptional fit, effortless patient fitting, and are extremely strong and durable.

Key Characteristics:
• Nylon Polyamide Type 12
• Effortless patient fitting: high-precision splint, no or minimal adjustment
• Easy to isolate sensitive, fragile or restored teeth – contactless
• Excellent control of position, surface and contact intensity
• Minimal dimensions, down to a thickness of 0.5mm on side walls
• Virtually unbreakable, even in extremely thin sections
• Exceptional fit through the scanning and printing technology
• CAD/CAM process to your Conventional or Digital model
• Designed in Australia
• In-lab turnaround time: 12 days

Mouthguards
Andent’s range of custom-made mouthguards are manufactured to suit the type of activity undertaken by your patient – to help deliver the desired level of protection, while ensuring ultimate comfort.

Our range includes:
è Single Laminate Mouthguards
• For low impact sports (basketball, soccer, little league sports) and crowded and misaligned teeth
• Specifically for individuals aged 5-10 years.
è Double Laminate Mouthguard
• For medium-to-low impact sports (AFL, rugby, hockey).
• For individuals aged 10+ years.
è Professional Sports Mouthguard
• For high-impact sports (boxing, karate, kick boxing, taekwondo).
• For individuals aged 13+ years.

Our mouthguards can be produced in a wide variety of different colours and names can also be printed, if requested. In-lab turnaround time is 3 days. Our mouthguards are thermoformed to your stone model or resin printed from a digital scan (Double and Professional only).
